When will I receive my item?

Orders will be processed within 48 hours and items should be received within 5-8 business days. Tracking numbers are available upon request. We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS for a flat $10 fee.

Can I pick my item up in store

Unfortunately, no. Due to increased online sale fraud, items purchased online are only available for shipping.

What happens if an item is no longer available?

We are, primarily, a brick-and-mortar shop, and we only have one of everything, so it is possible that items purchased online could be simultaneously purchased in store. In the VERY RARE case that this happens, we do give priority of the sale to the in-person customer. We will notify you via email if your item is no longer available, and provide an immediate full refund.

What is your return policy?

Handbags and jewelry are FINAL SALE. We provide multiple current images of each item and have done our best to represent them accurately. We are a re-sale shop so these items are gently used and are in the condition represented in the photos. Therefore, the sale of jewelry and handbags are AS IS and as represented on the website.

We DO allow returns for fit reasons for items that need to be tried on, like clothing or shoes. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt if you intend to return the item. Items must then be shipped to us within 7 days to receive a refund. We utilize the tracking of shipments to verify when packages have been delivered so delivery date will be used when determining return eligibility. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Are your designer items real? 

We guarantee the authenticity of all designer items in our store. Every handbag is accompanied by either an original receipt, original tags, receipt from a trusted reseller, or a certificate of authenticity from a major online authentication service (AuthenticateFirst, Real Authentication, Legit Grails, or Entrupy).
